Health Camp Program Announcement

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah,

As discussed in our earlier meetings, In Sha Allah, our upcoming Smart Health Camp 2025 will be held very soon. This program is designed to serve 1,000 participants – including 500 patients receiving medical services and 500 organizational members.

With everyone’s agreement, the event will take place on:

Saturday, September 20, 2025
Muradnagar
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Program Plan & Details

Participants:

• Senior representatives from 22 unions will attend.

• Members from 10 nearby unions will join.

• 5 unions will each select 20 patients (total: 100).

• The host union will bring 400 patients.

• A finalized list of 500 patients must be prepared, and tokens distributed in advance.

Volunteers:

• 100 volunteer T-shirts (FM members) will be prepared.

Event Schedule:

• Start: 9:30 AM

• End: 1:00 PM

Promotion:

• No public promotion before the program.

• Only team and organization members will be informed.

• After successful completion, the wider community will be updated, In Sha Allah.

Doctors & Guests:

• Doctors and nurses will attend from Dhaka.

• Selected guests and senior members will join.

• Special arrangements will be made for doctors, guests, and volunteers only.

Medical Services:

• All patients will receive consultations and medicines.

• Everyone will leave by 1:00 PM.

Union Representatives:

• Each union (excluding the Top Group) must assign 5–6 responsible representatives.

• They will bring selected patients, ensure treatment, and safely return them home.

• All preparations will be finalized this week.
